Sourced suppliers for the custom finishes that would allow it to work with the stringent short construction schedule. Utilized a custom architectural metal fabrication shop to achieve the metal riveted edge look on the countertops while keeping within the allowed budget. Sourcing a WiFi controlled thermostat that worked with the electric floor heating system in-conjunction with the engineered wood flooring heating limits; and allowing the homeowner to turn on the system remotely from her cell phone. Designed a 3″ thick oak reclaimed countertop that functions great but still provides 100% waterproofing abilities while still allowing for a stainless steel under-mount bar sink application. Worked with the homeowner on the various wall finishes and options to create the Pinterest inspired room finishes.
