I have remodeled two homes in my life. Mac, the foreman, everyone in the office and all the people at J.G.Hause made getting a new roof, insulation and venting in our bathroom an amazing experience! Not only did they do exactly what the contract said but they exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile.  It was a great experience, I highly recommend them for any remodel job! J.G. House turned my covered deck into a three-season screened-in porch last month.  I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and the quality of the workmanship.  There's a surprising amount that goes into this process, not least of which is ordering and actually getting the materials that are needed for the project, but there are other trades involved and city building inspections that are required between steps.  I was always kept informed of what was going on and didn't feel that any delays were unreasonable.  (To be honest, I expected them.) We contacted JG Hause for a bid on replacing the roof on our house and Steve was very professional and thorough in listing what was needed in his proposal. We chose them for the project and the crew were very professional and thorough as well.  They did a fantastic job and the cleanup was also amazing. Just noticed on your sign I still have up in our yard; that your company also does decks. Our back deck is in need of replacement or repairs. Would love to go with composite decking and metal fencing to update the look. Can you give us an estimate when you pick up the final payment, please.

New review. I used this same company to reface an existing deck.
The job went well. When starting they noticed a few areas that needed attention, and I’m sure glad they did.  We had someone else stucco our house years ago, and they only went around our existing deck instead of removing some of the decking, to do the job right. That issue was causing some water to get behind the deck and could of gone into our house, or worse yet, cause the deck to rot off the house.
The company just got the people needed to fix the issue, repair the stucco, and continue on with the deck. The cost was small, the deck will not fall off our house and the stucco repairs looks like it was always there.
It only delayed the job by one day. The builder is very detailed oriented.
The salespeople even came and made some changes on one area I wasn’t happy with.
The job is beautiful.

They replaced the roof on my lake home and it looks fantastic!  While we faced difficulty getting exactly what I wanted due to manufacturing problems, we did settle on a good alternative.  The owner reached out to offer help when the project stalled which demonstrated a concern for their customers.  My project manager, Mac, worked diligently with me to find a reasonable solution and was responsive to my questions along the whole process.  Their crew was efficient and clean and when they inadvertently damaged some gutters, the company was willing to help with the cost of replacement. JGH helped me out with a small roof issue that I had last fall and while he was there I asked for a rough estimate on a new vinyl siding project that I was thinking about. Tommy and team fixed my roof within a matter of days and this spring I got the ball rolling on residing my house. The team did a great job and cleaned up all debris, were courteous, and answered all questions that I had. Would definitely recommend and hire again. JG Hause was SO helpful to suit our needs when we were looking for our remodel work. I checked many others and they just didn’t come up with the right solution for us. When we talked to Kelly Meyer she was so helpful and very nice about setting up an estimate. Then we got together with Jeff, Kelly and Jon at our house to discuss our plan and how much it was going to cost. Jeff came up with a nice solution to save some costs for our addition and Jon drew up some nice plans we were happy with. We also had them do a new roof  and siding that we are so pleased with and get many compliments about, neighbors all the time. The siding was SO professionally  and expertly installed with a touch of perfection. SO Pretty! We did manage to live in the house during whole process but that was not a issue really. It was fun to work with sub-contractors they selected and all were very nice. Kelly really helped us thru some issues especially with the kitchen. When the it was all done JG Hause sent out a photographer to take pictures of it all and I must say even we were impressed with how it all looked.  Keep JG Hause at the top of your list when it comes your remodel work, they WILL impress you!
